At Texas Corporate Homes, guest quality and payment reliability are central to our operating model. The majority of guests placed in our homes are vetted professionals, many of whom are homeowners themselves and are placed through trusted institutional partners.
To maintain this standard, every guest who stays in a Texas Corporate Homes property is subject to a background check process, either directly by TCH or by one of our booking partners.
π’ Insurance Companies, Relocation Firms & Large Employers (β80% of stays)
For most reservations, guests are placed by third-party organizations with established screening requirements.
- These organizations typically conduct their own background checks, including:
- Criminal history
- Credit review
- Their internal screening policies are strict and comprehensive
- In cases where a partner does not perform a background check, Texas Corporate Homes conducts an industry-standard TransUnion background check, which includes:
- Criminal screening
- Credit screening

For reservations not placed through insurance or corporate partners, screening is handled as follows:

Texas Corporate Homes runs the same TransUnion background check (criminal + credit).

Texas Corporate Homes relies on the platformβs own background check and security policies, which apply to all guests booking through those platforms.
