Owner Dashboard Guide

Overview

As an owner, the Owner Dashboard is your central hub to monitor reservations, review financial performance, and access helpful resources related to your partnership with Texas Corporate Homes.


What’s Included


Reservation & Booking Info

After logging in, you can navigate to each of your properties and view all leases over time, starting with the most recent.

For each reservation, you’ll see:

  • Rate and rate frequency (monthly or nightly)
  • Start date
  • Expected end date
  • Whether the end date is estimated or confirmed

Because extensions are common, we clearly label end dates so you always have the most accurate picture.


Reservation Activity (Quotes & Tours)

The Reservation Activity section shows leading indicators of demand for your property.

This includes:

  • Quotes — instances where your home was proposed as an option to a guest or partner
  • Tours — requests to view the home, virtually or in person

This activity reflects how often your home is being marketed and considered across corporate, insurance, and consumer channels. Quotes and tours are not bookings, but they provide transparency into market interest and exposure.

Booking Notifications

We’ll notify you by email when:

  • A new booking is created
  • An end date changes
  • An end date moves from estimated to confirmed

This ensures you always have the latest reservation information without needing to log in daily.


Performance Reporting

The dashboard includes self-service performance reporting so you can review how your property is performing over time.

You’ll be able to report on metrics such as:

  • Revenue
  • Occupancy

These tools are designed to give you flexibility and transparency without needing to request custom reports from our team.


Property Statements

Beginning January 2025, financial data from our accounting platform is available directly in the dashboard.

You’ll see:

  • A full ledger of credits and debits for each property
  • Rent credits with guest and date references
  • Expense debits with clear descriptions

We close our books within the first 1–2 weeks of the following month, so we recommend reviewing finalized entries after the second week. For example, by February 15, January activity will be fully reflected.

You’ll also receive email notifications when rent deposits are made to your bank. CSV exports are available at any time directly from the dashboard.


New Homes & Referrals

From the dashboard, you can:

  • Submit new homes for consideration in the Owner Program
  • Refer another owner using your unique referral link

As a reminder, we pay a referral fee for any home added to the Owner Program through a referral.
