Owner Dashboard Guide

π Overview
The Owner Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring reservations, reviewing financial performance, and accessing resources related to your partnership with Texas Corporate Homes.
π Whatβs Included
π·οΈ Reservation & Booking Information
After logging in, you can navigate to each of your properties and view all leases over time, starting with the most recent.
For each reservation, the dashboard displays:
- Rate and rate frequency (monthly or nightly)
- Start date
- Expected end date
- End date status (estimated or confirmed)
Because extensions are common, end dates are clearly labeled so you always have the most accurate picture of current reservations.
π Reservation Activity (Quotes & Tours)
The Reservation Activity section shows leading indicators of demand for your property.
This includes:
- Quotes β instances where your home was proposed as an option to a guest or partner
- Tours β requests to view the home, either virtually or in person
This activity reflects how often your home is being marketed and considered across corporate, insurance, and consumer channels.
Quotes and tours are not bookings, but they provide transparency into market interest and exposure.
(For a deeper explanation, see: Quotes and Tours in Your Owner Dashboard.)
π§ Booking Notifications
You will receive email notifications when:
- A new booking is created
- An end date changes
- An end date moves from estimated to confirmed
These notifications ensure you have up-to-date reservation information without needing to log in daily.
π Performance Reporting
The dashboard includes self-service performance reporting so you can review how your property is performing over time.
Available metrics include:
- Revenue
- Occupancy
These reporting tools are designed to provide flexibility and transparency without requiring custom reports from the Texas Corporate Homes team.
π§Ύ Property Statements
Beginning January 2025, financial data from our accounting platform is available directly within the dashboard.
You can view:
- A full ledger of credits and debits for each property
- Rent credits with guest and date references
- Expense debits with clear descriptions
Books are closed within the first 1β2 weeks of the following month. We recommend reviewing finalized entries after the second week.
Example: By February 15, all January activity will be fully reflected.
You will also receive email notifications when rent deposits are made to your bank. CSV exports are available at any time directly from the dashboard.
π New Homes & Referrals
From the dashboard, you can:
- Submit new homes for consideration in the Owner Program
- Refer another owner using your unique referral link
Texas Corporate Homes pays a referral fee for any home added to the Owner Program through a referral.
